How long does delivery take in the UAE?

Orders within Dubai and Sharjah typically arrive in 1–2 business days. Other emirates take 2–4 business days. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Is shipping free?

Yes — shipping is free across the UAE on all orders over AED 300. For smaller orders, a standard delivery fee is calculated at checkout.

Are your products safe for babies and toddlers?

Absolutely. Every product we stock is made from kid-safe materials — BPA-free plastics, food-grade silicone and ultra-soft bristles — and is chosen with the question: would we give this to our own kids?

How do I clean the bento lunch boxes and water bottles?

All our mealtime products are easy to clean with warm soapy water. Most parts are top-rack dishwasher safe — check the individual product page for details.

What is your return policy?

If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging can be returned or exchanged — satisfied or refunded.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus popular local payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update or cancel it for you.
